It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In order to keep pricing low we do not allow refunds but we will exchange your order for another product or store credit (a gift certificate will be issued) in the unfortunate event of a return.
Buyer pays shipping on returns/exchanges unless defective.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE CUSTOM DESIGNED ITEMS!
Please follow these guidelines for successful return or exchange:
- Email us here no later than 3 days after you have taken delivery of the item (delivery dates are tracked for convenience).
- The item MUST be returned in its NEW original condition - any discrepencies will immediately void the return or exchange (discrepencies include but are not limited to: cigarette smoke; perfume; or other smells, deoderant residue, or stains).
- Simply rewrap the item in its original packaging and requast via email a return authorization.
